The garbage guys came only once last week, so obviously with the Holidays people had a shit load of garbage that could not fit in the can so boxes and additional bags were commonplace in
our neighborhood
The truck has a driver and 2 outside guys=3total people
Only one would pick up ALL the garbage from a house, whilst the other guy did NOTHING WHATSOEVER, even though it took the first guy 2 or 3 trips often to do one house.
They could have gone MUCH faster by working together but instead took turns being lazy.
Cant necessarily blame them for wanting to get paid.
Its pretty much a scam on the taxpayers anyway as In many places ONE dude literally drives and picks up cans. The trucks have an Extension "claw".
